By using Ganked you agree to these terms. They’re short, and written to be read.
If a translation of these terms differs from this English version, the English version prevails.
The service
Ganked (ganked.gg) is a free website about League of Legends, run by Ganked. We may change, pause or end any part of it at any time.
Riot Games
Ganked isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Riot’s names, art and game data belong to Riot Games and are used under Riot’s policies for fan projects.
Use it fairly
Don’t attack, overload or try to break the site; don’t copy it in bulk or get around its limits; and don’t use it to harass anyone, to break the law or to break Riot’s own terms.
Stats are estimates
Current builds, win rates and tier lists use synthetic sample data, not live match results. Future live stats will be estimates from public match data. Information can be wrong or out of date, and nothing on Ganked promises how a game will go.
Ganked’s own work
Ganked’s design, words, art and code belong to Ganked. You’re welcome to link to any page and to share what the site lets you share.
No warranty
Ganked is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Ganked isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing here limits any liability that the law doesn’t let us limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You keep any consumer rights that the law where you live gives you.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Using Ganked after a change means you accept the new terms.
